Requirements for abstract submission

• Abstracts shall be submitted in English.
• Abstracts as RTF files shall be sent to the Organizational Committee via e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. • Abstracts shall be contained in 1-2 full pages A4.
• Abstract text is to be prepared in Microsoft Word, portrait page orientation.
• Margins: top - 25 mm, bottom - 35 mm, outer - 28 mm, inner - 18 mm.
• Font: Times New Roman.
• Abstracts shall contain:
  • Title  - typesize - 16pt, bold, center alignment, no hyphenation, single line spacing, 36pt line spacing before paragraph, 6pt line spacing after paragraph.
  • Authors – surname, initials, company (single line spacing, central alignment, left and right margins - 10 mm, 6pt line spacing after paragraph).
  • Paper text – typesize – 14pt, single line spacing, justified alignment, spacing for the first line - 1,27 cm, automatic line hyphenation.
  • Formulas – ordinary symbols, 14 pt, large index - 12 pt, small index - 9 pt, line spacing - 150%. Formula editor shall be set in accordance with the defined parameters, size - 14 pt, large index - 12 pt, small index - 9 pt, zoom level - 150%. Formula editor is to be in accordance with the required parameters.
  • References – typesize - 12 pt, single line spacing, justified alignment, spacing for the first line is 8 mm. Line space before and after the paragraphs is to be 6 pt.
